Thad's Favorite Things of 2011

Entertainment, is it a time waster? Yes, most of the time it is. Is there something we could be doing with our time that is more constructive? Well, of course there is. After reevaluating myself after 2010 I wanted to be less selfish with my time. I think Heather felt the same way. We became a lot more active in our church, we spent a lot of time remodeling our home, and spent a lot of time with family. We also volunteered weekly at a grade school in Kansas City helping children become better readers. But a lot of our time was spent praying, compiling documentation, reading, and learning as we work towards our goal of adding a little one to our family through adoption.

So, all that to say that this list is a lot shorter than it normally would have been in the past, but I'm fine with that.
