Last year for Christmas, my sweet in-laws gave us new electric toothbrushes. Our old one--we shared the base, and each had our own heads--was quite worn out. Proof that we brush our teeth regularly!
The new ones came with TWO bases, so we don't have to share! However, both toothbrushes look practically the same--the only difference is a small, colored band around the neck of the toothbrush. I found out the hard way that when I'm barely awake and trying to take care of nasty morning breath, that small band doesn't differentiate my toothbrush from Thad's nearly enough.
I know. Gross!
I decided it was time for my beloved Silhouette SD machine to come to the rescue. (No, they aren't paying me to advertise for them. They don't even know I exist. Wouldn't that be cool, though?) I used some green vinyl I had lying around to cut out "His" and "Hers", and stuck them to the appropriate toothbrush. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
It's held up quite well, despite regular use. Also, I don't use my hubby's toothbrush nearly as much. Always a good thing!
