Hi there. It's nice to meet ya!

Hello world!

I know, I know, you're wondering why the world needs yet another blog.  To be honest, I'm not sure it does.  :)

I'm planning on using this blog as a personal diary of sorts.  I've got all kinds of ideas for what I'll post here: craft experiments, photography, our adoption saga, interviews with people I love...you know, the usual.

There will be predominantly two people posting here: Thad and Heather.  Let me tell you a little about us.

This is Thad.

Thad is a total goofball.  I tease him about how his favorite sound is the sound of his own voice.  I'm sure I'll be posting some videos of him clowning around, and you'll see what I mean!  He's got the most compassionate heart, loves his PS3, smiles all the time and has an on-again-off-again relationship with P90X.

This is me (Heather).

Thad teases me about anything and everything (but all in fun).  I'm way too judgmental, kinda crafty and my own worst critic.  I play violin with Forte Quartet, and am constantly trying to lose weight.

I'm sure we'll all get to know each other much better, sooner or later, but that's all for now.  Have a good one!
